The Source of My Strength

"Whoever speaks, is to do so as one who is speaking the utterances of God; whoever serves is to do so as one who is serving by the strength which God supplies; so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belongs the glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen."  New American Standard Bible :  1 Peter 4:11.
Many times I get wrapped up in my own ego, thinking I have accomplished somethings in my own strength.  However, as I reflect over the past three years seeing how God has allowed me to serve, I thank Him.  My breath, speech and actions come from His strength.  As I look forward to continuing to serve Him in 2011 my prayer is that I never loose sight of my LORD.  Under all conditions, in all circumstances I will praise and acknowledge His strength which gives me the energy to serve.

Ro 6:4 Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, so that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life.

Pray for the city and county of San Diego

As beautifull as San Diego is with a climate which I believe is the best in the Nation you would think San Diego is close to paradise, however it is one of the most unchurched cities in America.  I ask that you pray for San Diego and its people.  That we are able to start strong churches that will preach the Gospel in each community.
