Prayer Walk in New Orleans

While in New Orleans for our missionary commissioning ceremony, we were fortunate enough to fellowship with members of two local churches. The first was with Pastor Davis from the Faith and Glory Church, located in the ninth ward. It had flooded during Katrina, the water level reached higher than six feet; Pastor Davis and his crew are making repairs and expected to have the church doors open in January.
Pastor Davis asks a few of us missionaries to walk the neighborhood telling the people the church would open in January. The pictures above are of Pastor and Sister Davis his wife, our prayer and evengelistic walk, also, pictures of us speaking with children on the basketball court and neighborhood football team.

Bro. Lawrence,
I am glad to see that you are busy on the mission field in New Orleans.
